Customers who are registered with a school on hand2mind.com have access to their school's pricing, shipping, and tax-exempt agreements. In addition to being able to place orders online with a Credit Card or P-Card, customers can place orders by uploading PO's. You no longer need to email or fax purchase orders and wait for a response!
Easy as 1-2-3
Step 1: Sign In or Register
When you are logged in, you will see your school's pricing, shipping rate, and tax exemption.
*you must be registered as a school or institution
Step 2: Fill Your Cart
Quick Tip: If you have a list of items you want to purchase try using our quick order page.
Step 3: Checkout
When checking out, choose that you want to pay with a purchase order in the "Billing" step. When you get to the payment section select "purchase order" and upload your PO. It's that easy!
*If you see tax and you are tax exempt, simply upload your tax exempt certificate during checkout. You may see an estimated tax during checkout. Once your document is reviewed, your order will be adjusted and you will not be charged tax. The next time you order no taxes will be shown as long as you are billing to your school.
